Artfolio provides tools for organizing artwork catalogs, exhibition schedules and artist portfolios. The platform is offered as a management system for galleries, curators and collection managers. We do not sell, auction or broker artworks, and we do not facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you upload, including artwork metadata, artist biographies and exhibition dates. You must have the rights to share any images or documents you add to the platform. You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes or to infringe the intellectual property of others.
The platform is intended for professional art management. You may not use Artfolio to distribute counterfeit artwork, misrepresent provenance, or publish content that violates applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Artfolio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or scheduling conflicts.
